I founded Novruzov & Partners to empower growth, strengthen integrity, and create lasting value across industries and borders.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, I have worked across operations, supply chain management, business development, strategic partnerships, and executive coaching. My career spans IT, Oil & Gas, Logistics, Food, and Academia, combining practical expertise with strategic insight.

I bring global experience across the US, UK, EU, Middle East, and CIS regions, and speak four languages. This background has shaped my ability to operate effectively in diverse, fast-paced, and multicultural environments where clarity and collaboration drive results.

I am also an active contributor to academic research, with peer-reviewed publications in leadership, organizational behavior, management consultancy, and public policy.

I hold an MBA from Cardiff University and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Maryland. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK), a Member of the Certified Management Consultants Global Institute, and an Honored Member of the Global Honor Society in Public Affairs and Administration.
